-13% resort and sales tax
applies to all rates shown.
-Minimum stay of 5 nights required.
-Pool heating available for $30 per day, plus tax, minimum
5 consecutive days (recommended late October thru April).
Pool heat runs from 10am - 6pm.
Discounts on rental rates:
7-14 night stay - 10%
15-21 night stay - 15%
22-30 night stay - 20%
One Month - 25%
These discounts have already been included in the rates.
For a stay longer than one month, please ask for special
pricing.
RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Once booking is confirmed, rate is guaranteed.

RESERVATION/ CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. A deposit of 20% of the total value of the rental of the
house for the period reserved is required at the time of
reservation and the balance is required 3 weeks prior to
the arrival date at the house, together with $300 security
deposit. For reservations made less than 4 weeks prior to
the arrival date at the house the full amount is required
at the time of reservation, plus the security deposit. The
security deposit is refundable on the completion of your
vacation, assuming that no damage has occurred during the
rental period. (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/AMEX/Check) only accepted through PayPal
2. The deposit will be treated as part payment of the total
amount due. If the balance is not paid 4 weeks prior to the
rental date, MyDisneyPoolHome(Pat Kissinger) reserves the
right to cancel the booking without further notice. In the
event of cancellations, the 20% deposit is refundable less
$50 administration fee. IF written notice is received at
least 28 days before the scheduled check in date. EXCEPT
reservations for Holiday periods as shown in our rate
information, NO
REFUND of the 20% deposit. No refund on cancellations made
less than 28 days prior to the check in date.
3. If after the acceptance of the reservation, the clients
wish to alter confirmed reservations an amendment fee may
be charged, if the alteration is made less than 28 days
prior tot he rental date cancellation charges may be
applied. Any amendment to the original booking will not be
effective until it is received and agreed in writing by Patrick Kissinger (the owner)
4. Should any problem occur with the accommodation during
your stay, our property manager, whose phone number is located on the instruction manual on the dining room table, should be notified immediately.
5. The keys to the house which will be collected in Florida
may not be copied.
6. No pets allowed – except by
special arrangement -
7. Parking of Recreational
Vehicles is not permitted on the driveway or grass of the
house.
